Stolen/Missing Parcels: VENICE EXPRESS LLC is not legally liable for parcels that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but subsequently stolen from the destination property. We strongly advise consumers to provide a secure domestic delivery location.
7. UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to provide a highly accurate and entirely complete United States shipping address. If a shipment is returned to our facility by the carrier due to an invalid address, failure to claim the package, or active refusal of delivery (without prior RMA authorization), VENICE EXPRESS LLC reserves the right to deduct all original and return shipping expenditures, alongside a 15% restocking fee, from the final refund amount.
